Alex has over ten years consulting experience in developing and implementing enterprise applications in the Retail, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Nonprofit, and Professional Services industries - working for firms such as Wyeth, Merck, AstraZeneca, Johnson & Johnson, Moodys and Commerce Bank. He has implemented solutions ranging from mainframe-based banking packages to custom-built Internet applications. His functional expertise is in the areas of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Business Process Management (BPM) and Enterprise Content Management (ECM).
